Rosehip Oil*
Extracted from the fruit of the rose, Rosehip Oil is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Lycopene. A proven antioxidant, Lycopene has been found to reduce fine lines and counter-balance the drying effects of the sun. It is effective treatment in helping to regenerate damaged skin tissues and increasing the cell renewal process.
Cocoa Seed Butter*
Derived from roasted cocoa beans this butter softens, nourishes and deeply hydrates dry skin. With rich emollient abilities the butter also acts as a thickener for the cream.
Hyaluronic Acid
Has a repetitive molecular structure that occurs naturally in the skin. Binds water tightly to ‘lock in’ moisture. ‘Carries’ the main active ingredients into the skin (e.g. Vitamin C, Vitamin E), permeates the basal cell (upper) skin layer to help stimulate the production of collagen and elastin.
Seabuckthorn Fruit Pulp Oil*
Seabuckthorn’s high levels of antioxidants such as flavonoids and phytosterols, vitamins A, C, E & K and essential fatty acids of omega 3, 6, 7 & 9, all help to counteract the effects of premature ageing. When used topically, seabuckthorn also reduces skin discolourations and helps to heal the skin.
Squalane (derived from Olives)
Aids in accelerating new cell growth and leaves skin soft and smooth as it helps to retain moisture. It forms a protective film to prevent moisture loss and supplement the skin’s own supply of squalane, a vital component of sebum.
